You’re not the problem.
The pattern is.
If you just happened to find your way here, or if you already caught a glimpse of what brings women to this work—welcome.
Whether in your career, your family, or your relationships, you’re the woman caught in the middle. You’re the one everyone turns to. You manage high-stakes situations, carry the emotional and operational weight, and rehearse your conversations long before they happen. And by the time the day winds down, you’re left wondering when you became an afterthought in your own life.
Why the Work Changes When It Starts in the Body
Most high-achieving women try to think, strategize, or “confidence” their way out of burnout. But over-explaining and second-guessing aren’t mindset failures—they are physical patterns your body learned to keep you safe.
Through The Enough Method, we work differently:
- Regulate: Calm the nervous system out of high-alert mode.
- Anchor: Reconnect with your actual authority.
- Embody: Practice the new response until it’s your natural default.
“I trust my decisions now. What I needed wasn’t more confidence. It was a different relationship with how I make decisions.”
— Sandrine, Senior Director
A Little About Me
By the way, I’m Denise Hansard. As a former corporate leader turned trauma-informed coach with a Master’s in Counseling, I’ve lived this pattern from the inside out. My work is dedicated to helping women stop disappearing inside everyone else’s needs and step back into their own life and choices.
Let’s Talk
It starts with a thirty-minute conversation with Denise. No pitch, nothing to prepare—just a quiet space to look at what’s really going on.
