Everyone comes to you. When did you stop coming to yourself?
Denise works with women in the middle — the one everyone turns to at work, at home, in the room. The woman who is good at holding it all together. Who is proud of it, and also exhausted by it. And who is quietly wondering when it became the whole of her.
“I trust my decisions now. What I needed wasn’t more confidence. It was a different relationship with how I make decisions.”
— Sandrine · Senior Director
You are the one everyone turns to.
You are the one everyone comes to. At work. At home. In every room you walk into.
You’re good at it. Honestly, part of you is proud of it.
And you are so tired of being the one.
You rehearse conversations before you have them. You soften the sentence that might sound too much. You say yes and feel the weight of it the whole drive home. You wake at 2 am finishing someone else’s thought. You sit with friends and realize you’ve asked about everyone’s lives and said nothing true about your own.
You’ve been called strong. Capable. Dependable. And every one of those words, as real as they are, somehow names a version of you that exists for other people.
You can’t remember the last time someone asked what you needed. And if they did, you’re not sure you’d know.
You’re not the problem. The pattern is.
That’s what happens when a woman spends years being exactly what every room requires. The editing starts to feel normal. The disappearing starts to feel like generosity. That’s where Denise begins.
If this is you, let’s talk.
Book a callI paced the parking lot on that call. You kept asking me, ‘What is it you want?’ I finally said it out loud: I want to be known in my industry. Today, the incoming President of the National Association personally invited me to a private event to celebrate women in the industry. I have you to thank for it.

About Denise
She recognizes the woman across from her. Because she has been her.
The woman who knows how to navigate a room, hold the weight of other people’s problems, and make the impossible look workable. The woman who one day realizes she can’t remember the last time she asked herself what she actually wanted.
Denise has stood in two versions of that room. In a Georgia emergency room, she became the person between clinicians and families when the conversation was frightening, confusing, or final. In corporate life — twenty years of pricing, global leadership, and being the woman people called because she could say no in a way that kept the conversation open.
She also knows what it is to lose herself entirely — and choose, slowly, to come back. That’s the work. Not more skills. Not a better strategy. The work of coming back to yourself.

The Meeting After the Meeting
There’s a moment after every hard meeting — in the elevator, in the car, at dinner. You’re still in the room. Replaying what you said, what you didn’t, what your body absorbed.
This private audio guide and Leadership Tension Map walks you through that moment — what the meeting required from you, where you left yourself out, and the one choice you can still make.
“Honey, getting everybody through the meeting does not mean you have to take the meeting home and let it move in.”
Debrief one real moment. At no cost.
Just you, a quiet uninterrupted time, and one honest look at what happened in that room.
